Terms of Service

This document sets out the terms and conditions ("Terms") that govern your use of Eirfly services, including the Eirfly website, Taskyfly app and Organizator app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of Eirfly services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
• When you register, you provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Eirfly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Fees and Payment

Eirfly offers free access to all core features. Any premium or paid plans will be clearly described in the app/website, and payment is processed through secure third-party providers. Fees are non-refundable unless a refund policy applies.

4. Use of Services

• You may use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You must not upload, post or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• All content you upload remains your property.

5. Intellectual Property

Eirfly retains all rights, titles and interests in the services, including any content, software, code, design, graphics and trademarks. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the services without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Eirfly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
• Our total liability in any event shall not exceed the amount you have paid (if any) for the services.

7. Termination

Eirfly may terminate or suspend your access to the services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination you must delete all copies of the services from your device.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in that jurisdiction, unless both parties agree otherwise.

9. Changes to the Terms

Eirfly may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated terms on this page and, where appropriate, send you a notification via email. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
